Access to Personal Information
Clients have the right to access their Personal Information at any time. If a client wishes to access their Personal Information, they may contact us through our customer service center.
You can exercise all your rights mentioned below, including your right to erasure of personal data and the withdrawal of your consent, by sending a request to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Deletion of personal information. Once your personal account is deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to or use the OverEx platform. Your personal data will be retained by OverEx for 1 year in order to satisfy any subsequent review of your account by financial institutions or criminal investigations by relevant authorities. If no such review or investigations occurs within this year, OverEx will completely delete all your personal data.
Right of access to personal data
You can ask us at any time to send you a confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed. If we process your data, we will provide you with further details on the processing. If you request it, we will also provide you with a copy of the personal data processed. Please note that the first copy is free of charge, but later copies will be provided for a small fee.
Right to rectification of personal data
If we process your personal data inaccurately, you can notify us of this fact, and we will rectify the inaccurate personal data without undue delay. If you register on the Website, you will be able to rectify and amend your personal data yourself by editing your user account.
Reporting of Flaws
If any User becomes aware of any security flaw in the Platform, the User should contact the Platform through the service email promptly so that the Platform can take appropriate measures to address any such flaw as soon as possible.
Despite the above-mentioned technical and security measures, the Platform cannot guarantee that the information transmitted via the Internet is absolutely safe, so the Platform does not provide any guarantees with respect to the security of the personal information that the Users provide to the Platform; and the Platform may not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from or caused by any event that may occur in connection with unauthorized access to the Users’ personal information.
